RTX, the world leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Principal Financial Analyst for the GSMS Mission Area TPY portfolio. The role focuses on production finance processes (EACs, EVMS) and delivering value through critical analysis and resource planning across a geographically dispersed team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, strong SAP/BW/Microsoft Office skills, and proven ability to communicate complex data to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis while applying best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to drive analytical capability growth and ownership accountability.
