Job summary

RTX seeks an Engineering Financial Analyst to support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in EVM inputs, reporting, and analysis. You will drive cost control and schedule using EVMS tools and PMX reporting, partnering with engineering and program leads for EVMS inputs and variance analysis.

The role requires a university degree (or advanced degree) and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with SAP, APEX, and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years of relevant experience (or an Advanced Degree with 3 years).
• Experience using SAP, APEX or similar system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Office tool suite.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) on a quarterly/monthly basis.
• Perform EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
