Job summary

Figma is seeking a highly analytical leader to own and evolve the finance systems backbone as part of Strategic Finance. You will drive end-to-end system roadmaps, lead the Pigment platform stewardship, and partner across Finance Data Science, Engineering, Accounting and Operations to implement AI-enabled planning and automation.

You’ll influence data architecture and governance while delivering dashboards that surface critical KPIs and enable faster, more informed forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, roadmap execution or a related function.
• Strong technical skills with system design & implementation, AI automation, data architecture, integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of transformational projects by applying finance and systems expertise.
• Influence AI adoption strategy and embed AI into systems and workflows.
• Serve as the owner of the financial planning platform (Pigment) including development, training and administration.
• Own the systems roadmap end-to-end: prioritization, UAT and governance.
• Design and evolve a robust systems architecture with integrated data flows and tooling.
• Partner with Strategic Finance Data Science, Data Engineering, Accounting and Operations to optimize data architecture and forecasting.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to surface KPIs and business insights.
• Drive governance, data quality and controls across systems.
