Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior level financial, operations, and systems experience in a philanthropic setting.
• Experience working in private foundations and nonprofit governance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements for non-profit foundations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance & Accounting, Planning & Budgeting, HR, IT and Administration.
• Oversee annual close, budgeting, audits, and 990-PF processes.
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate with external auditors and tax preparers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for private non-profit foundations.
