AbbVie is seeking a Manager of Field Tools & Analytics to lead day-to-day field tools operations, manage the support team, and liaise between Franchise Teams, Commercial Operations, IT, Training, OEC, and Legal. This role reports to the Associate Director, Field Tools & Analytics.

You will drive tool updates, data validation, and analytics delivery while collaborating with BTS, MABI, Field Training, and Franchise teams to optimize performance and reduce cycle times.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, marketing/sales operations, or information technology, plus 3+ years in analytics or commercial operations (healthcare industry preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, compliance regulations, and standards.

Aufgaben

• Act as Subject Matter Expert and day-to-day point of contact for Oncology field tools, supporting onboarding of new franchise teams, new hires, and field transfers.
• Execute weekly/monthly tool updates and partner with Targeting, IC Teams, and development teams on data methodology and enhancements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to review, discuss, and action system enhancement and process improvement requests.
