Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 50% across Florida.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify new business opportunities in Florida.
• Research projects and decision-makers; prospect via calls, emails, referrals and events.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to promote traffic control services.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, bids, and pricing in partnership with estimating and operations.
• Track pipeline, forecast results, and report progress to management.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
