Arrive Alive Traffic Control in Florida seeks MOT/Barrier Wall Techs to ensure safe, efficient traffic flow in active work zones. You will set up lane closures, direct traffic, and maintain equipment per FDOT standards and customer specs.

The ideal candidate demonstrates safety focus, communicates clearly, and can work in fast-paced environments. Training is provided, including ATSSA certification and defensive driving, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
• Strong work ethic, communication skills, and positive attitude.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Flexible Schedule (nights, weekends, 10+ hour days)
• Ability to lift, carry, or move 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform regular physical tasks on construction sites.

Responsabilités

• Implement traffic control measures to protect the public and team members.
• Set up and dismantle lane closures and traffic control equipment.
• Safely load, unload, and transport signs, cones, and barricades.
• Direct traffic around construction sites using flagging and signaling techniques.
• Perform routine safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Keep the worksite clean and organized by proper disposal of debris and materials.
• Accurately complete all job-related paperwork and documentation.
• Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a secure and efficient work zone.
• Monitor job site conditions and adjust traffic control strategies as needed.
