All American Barricades is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative for Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will drive new business growth across Florida markets, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through project awards and ongoing account development.

You will develop relationships with contractors, utilities, municipalities, and event organizers, delivering traffic control and related safety solutions.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in outside sales or related customer-facing sales role, covering full sales cycle.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly self-motivated, competitive, proactive, and results driven.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with estimating, operations, and management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple opportunities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales tracking tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities across Florida markets.
• Research construction, roadway, utility, and event projects; identify decision-makers and prospects.
• Conduct customer visits, sales meetings, and presentations to promote services.
• Prepare, present, negotiate, and follow up on proposals, quotes, and bids.
• Expand customer spending through recurring work and long-term agreements.
