Job summary

Florida Roadway Guardrail & Signs is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue, manage strategic accounts, and grow the company’s footprint in DOT agencies, municipalities, and highway contractors in Florida.

You will lead bid responses, develop territory plans, forecast revenue, and ensure compliance with AASHTO/DOT standards while building lasting relationships with engineers and project managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in highway safety, construction, or transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong negotiation, public speaking and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-potential accounts including state DOTs and municipalities.
• Monitor and respond to relevant RFPs and RFIs.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximize market share.
• Maintain pipelines and forecast quarterly and annual revenue using CRM.
• Ensure products meet AASHTO/DOT standards through compliance support.
