Inizio Engage is seeking a performance driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to cover primary care across assigned territories. The role focuses on building relationships with physicians, nurses and other HCPs, delivering clinical messaging and product information to drive demand.

Travel up to 20% and overnight trips are required. A valid driver's license is needed. The base pay range is $70K–$90K per year, with comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401(k) with match, and company-paid holidays.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% plus overnight travel.

Mansioni

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, Nurses, NP, PA, MA, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
• Complete administrative items daily.
