Job summary

MAPEI USA is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive sales of innovative products through hands-on demonstrations and sample-driven presentations. Build strong relationships with customers, tailor solutions, and expand market presence in New Jersey.

The role emphasizes prospecting, pipeline development, and representation at industry events. A proven sales track record, market knowledge, and the ability to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• External sales experience in relevant industry/products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work independently.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC use, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key purchasing decision-makers.
• Identify and recommend tailored solutions from MAPEI’s portfolio.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
• Gather market intelligence on customer preferences and trends.
• Represent the Company at trade shows and customer meetings.
• Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to safety/quality standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
