Job summary

S&S Activewear is a leading North American, tech-enabled apparel distributor seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Colorado. You will travel 3–4 days weekly and partner with Account Managers to grow revenue while delivering elite customer service.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2+ years of field sales experience, with strong presentation and relationship skills to engage business owners and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in promotional products/apparel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Drives territory P&L through strategic management of revenue and profitability.
• Executes in-person account engagement with effective call planning and follow-through.
• Builds long-term relationships across customer organizations and identifies growth opportunities.
• Collaborates with Account Manager to optimize service and sales opportunities.
• Leads new product launches, merchandising strategies, and sales planning.
