S&S Activewear is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue in the designated geographic territory. The role requires building relationships with business owners and decision-makers, frequent field presence, and collaboration with Account Managers to maximize opportunities.

The position covers Colorado with the option for remote work, offering a salary range of $86,400 to $108,000 annually plus bonus eligibility. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of field sales are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive territory P&L through sales and profitability metrics.
• Conduct in-person account engagement with call planning and follow-through.
• Build relationships from ownership to sales, service, and merchandising teams.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to optimize customer engagement and opportunities.
• Lead product launches and strategic sales planning with authority.
