REIC Rentals LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across Construction, Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Event sectors. You will cultivate partnerships, expand the customer base, and shape the company’s strategic direction in North America, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams.

You will engage leads, conduct product demos, and negotiate contracts while maintaining customer-centric focus and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in sales or business development with strategic growth focus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
• Proficient with CRM, MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new project opportunities through research and outreach.
• Build lasting partnerships with clients to unlock long-term value.
• Design and drive business development initiatives aligned with growth goals.
• Lead pricing proposals, contracts, and support negotiations.
• Analyze project performance with finance/operations to optimize outcomes.
• Support marketing to amplify product visibility and engagement.
• Represent REIC at trade shows and events to build brand presence.
• Enable sales with product demos, training, and onboarding.
