Job summary

REIC Rentals LLC is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across NW Wisconsin. In this role you will build partnerships, pursue new opportunities, and design strategic growth initiatives while collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

You will lead negotiations, craft pricing proposals, and support executive deal-making, with travel to client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5–10 yrs of proven success in sales or business development, focused on strategic growth and customer engagement in equipment rental or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in forecasting, pricing, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new project opportunities through research, outreach, conferences, and digital platforms.
• Forge lasting relationships with clients to unlock long-term value.
• Design and execute business development initiatives aligned with growth goals.
• Lead negotiations with pricing proposals and contracts, supporting executives during deals.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to monitor project performance and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate promotional efforts to amplify product visibility and customer engagement.
• Represent REIC at trade shows and industry events to monitor trends and build brand presence.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver product demos, training, and smooth onboarding.
