• Requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to solve complex problems and take new perspectives using existing solutions.
• Independent work with minimal guidance and ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Define markets and new customers in the assigned territory and develop relationships for solution selling.
• Develop strategic plans for accounts and market Arrow offerings.
• Prepare internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers.
• Promote Arrow's value-add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs; use SalesForce.com and Oracle to track progress.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to goals.
