Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Field Relationship Manager within Merchant Services to grow and retain an existing portfolio of Middle Market client relationships, including Government, Healthcare, and Higher-Education segments. You will partner with the bank coverage teams and be accountable for profitability through strategic client management and re-contracting opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a strategic relationship management or business development role
• Experience growing relationships with Fortune 500 clients
• Comfort working with C-suite stakeholders
• Experience collaborating across multi-faceted financial institutions
• Ability to work cross-culturally with internal teams and clients
• Strong relationship, presentation, and communication skills
• Travel required—approximately 10%

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of mid-market client relationships with government, healthcare, higher-education, and non-profit sectors
• Coordinate with JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services and other lines to optimize product delivery
• Serve as primary client contact for Merchant Services and liaise with internal partners
• Develop and execute client strategy, cross-sell opportunities, and revenue growth
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and provide financial/market analysis to support proposals
• Represent the firm at external industry conferences and market events
