JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Field Relationship Manager for its Merchant Services team in Plano, TX. You will manage an existing Middle Market PayFac/FLS portfolio and drive profitability through strategic client management and expansion opportunities.
You will collaborate with coverage teams and treasury services to optimize product delivery, while maintaining strong executive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction across regions.
As a Field Relationship Manager within Merchant Services, you will be primarily responsible for an existing portfolio of Middle Market clients (PayFac/FLS). You will partner closely with the firm‑wide bank coverage team, including JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services. You will be accountable for maintaining strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers within those assigned client relationships. You will meet JP Morgan Merchant Services’ profitability goals through strategic client management, re‑contracting of existing business, and identification, pursuit, and acquisition of incremental business within the designated portfolio.
