Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for New England to manage accounts and drive patient access and reimbursement. You will coordinate with HUB, educate healthcare providers, and navigate payer processes from prior authorization to appeals.

Qualifications include advanced degrees or substantial leadership/management experience, plus strong reimbursement knowledge and communication skills. Remote/hybrid work is offered with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in managed care, clinical support, and/or sales.
• Strong medical reimbursement experience and/or Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill knowledge.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organizational skills and project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined accounts within a specified geographic region for Patient Access and Reimbursement.
• Support products by executing the territory strategic plan in collaboration with HUB.
• Provide payer expert guidance and communicate changes to stakeholders.
