• Doctorate degree required; advanced clinical or healthcare background preferred.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of customer service/leadership experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of customer service/leadership experience.
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years of customer service/leadership experience.
• High school diploma with 12+ years of customer service/leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Act as HUB extension, providing live coverage support and payer guidance.
• Navigate reimbursement from physician order to prior authorization and appeals.
• Educate healthcare providers on private/public payer coverage and changes.
• Coordinate access issues with partners, including HUB and cross-functional teams.
• Inform offices on coverage criteria, benefits, and forms; facilitate access.
• Review patient insurance options and financial assistance programs.
• Travel up to 60–80% for geography-specific duties.
