Job summary

Reprise Biomedical, Inc. is seeking a full-time Field Reimbursement Manager to lead reimbursement and market access strategy across local, regional, national, and governmental levels in the United States.

The role focuses on coordinating with third-party reimbursement resources, guiding payers through coverage decisions, and expanding the payer/provider network. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of wound care reimbursement and four years’ related experience.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or payer relations.
• Strong understanding of medical delivery systems, reimbursement, market access conditions and health policy trends in the US.
• Ability to navigate payer networks, including closed networks, and gain approvals.
• Experience with medical billing and coding processes, including claims submission and denials management.
• Bachelor’s degree in health policy, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with third-party reimbursement resources and serving as field liaison for payer policies, coverage rules, and reimbursement processes.
• Explaining prior authorization, coding, billing, and appeal processes for wound care therapies.
• Monitoring and resolving coverage denials, delays, and barriers with third-party resources.
• Ensuring reimbursement support aligns with payer requirements, company policies, and laws.
• Strategizing to optimize coverage by packaging and positioning existing evidence and data.
• Building relationships with major medical societies to understand their influence on payer decisions.
• Collaborating with marketing and other functions on reimbursement tools and support programs.
