Job summary

North South Consulting Group, LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership for the U.S. Army Digital Media Support program, overseeing certifications, performance, and delivery of all PWS requirements.

You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team across website operations, CMS, social media, analytics, research, and AI, ensuring secure, compliant, and high-quality digital services aligned with Army priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of recent strategic-level management.
• PMP certification in a related field as specified for the Senior Program Manager position.
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary programs with multiple workstreams.
• Experience in program planning, resource management, quality assurance, performance management, and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership for the U.S. Army Digital Media Support program and achieve PWS performance objectives.
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for government matters and maintain an alternate Program Manager.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team supporting website operations, CMS administration, social media, multimedia, analytics, and AI.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and resource requirements for timely delivery.
• Oversee personnel and resources to ensure staffing and capability for operational requirements.
• Establish and maintain quality control processes, including corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor performance against PWS, PRS, and AQLs; take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure Army.mil, social media, CORE CMS, and related platforms remain secure, compliant, and operational.
