The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a strategic leader to oversee a broad regional and/or product portfolio within National Practice areas. You will guide strategy, manage distribution relationships, and work with regional leadership to drive revenue and underwriting performance.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of underwriting and general management experience, with a proven ability to influence strategy within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, MBA or Master's degree required.
• Typically has 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong general management background with P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership over large geographic territory and/or product area in partnership with regional leadership.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key distributors and customers to drive growth.
• Executes strategic business plans and annual plans with accountability for regional profitability.
