Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead growth and profitability for selected state(s), product lines, or business units. You will analyze complex problems, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive strategic decisions across the organization.

You will coach cross-functional teams on growth strategies, product development, and pricing, while aligning with enterprise goals and regulatory nuances to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics related field.
• Five years’ experience in mathematical/analytical/data roles.
• Experience forecasting insurance financials.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of pricing and actuarial concepts is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis of business results including product refreshes and performance expectations.
• Develop recommendations to drive growth and profitability with consideration of regulatory and market dynamics.
• Present and influence leadership with proposed product/pricing changes or new builds.
• Act as a senior resource on strategic initiatives to support organizational goals.
• Manage, coach, and guide analysts.
