- Lead and develop Risk Control Field Directors across multiple states and offices.
- Collaborate with Field Directors and Home Office Risk Control leadership to implement regional strategies.
- Identify and establish career paths in technical and leadership roles.
- Communicate strategies with business partners to improve profitability and risk posture.
- Translate business plans into actionable Risk Control activities with leadership teams.
