Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Sales Forecasting Manager to lead the creation of sales forecast and consolidation for the Immunology Franchise. You will develop accurate projections for Plan, LBE, LRP, Portfolio and Actual submissions, working closely with executives, Marketing & Sales Management, Marketing Analytics and Commercial Finance.

Responsibilities include managing forecasting consolidations, month-end close, variance analysis, and delivering robust analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• CPA or MBA a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive and related experience.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint; SAP, BPC, PowerBi a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts product sales projections for Plan, LBE, LRP and Portfolio submissions.
• Manages Immunology forecasting consolidations and actuals reporting.
• Supports month-end close including variance analysis and commentary.
• Prepares forecasting packages and key business metrics.
• Communicates monthly results and future forecasts to senior leadership.
• Collaborates with Commercial, Pricing, Finance and Market Analytics teams to solve issues.
• Provides ad-hoc analytical support for launches and channel impacts.
• Leads enhancement and standardization of forecasting models and processes.
