Job summary

Dynamic SLR Inc. is seeking a Field & Materials Operations Director to lead warehouse, inventory, and field-support operations across the DFW and Houston markets.

This high‑level role combines strategy with day‑to‑day execution to ensure timely material delivery for projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi‑site operations leadership in technical environments, strong people management, and a proven ability to scale processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, or operations leadership.
• Experience in multi-site operations and technical trades preferred.
• Willingness to travel between DFW and Houston facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse and material operations across DFW and Houston.
• Establish SOPs for receiving, inventory, and deliveries.
• Lead and develop warehouse teams; set accountability.
• Maintain inventory health and prevent shrinkage.
• Own purchasing priorities and supplier relationships.
• Standardize processes across locations and drive cross-site initiatives.
