Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead multi-site operations strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Establish KPIs and operating reviews across the network.
• Own budget accountability and multi-year capital strategy.
• Collaborate across Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR for cross-functional goals.
• Assess organizational capability and coach leaders in performance management.
