Job summary

Nuvo is hiring a Senior Manager, Events, Field & Community to own how Nuvo shows up in person and in the professional community we serve. Our buyers are credit managers, AR leaders, and finance executives at distributors and manufacturers.

You’ll lead the end-to-end events program and ensure it drives pipeline. You'll manage the conference calendar, Customer Advisory Board, and partner with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Partnerships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or community roles.
• Track record of tying events to pipeline with measurable results.
• Experience negotiating sponsorships and owning annual event budgets.
• Experience launching customer advisory boards, customer communities, or user groups.
• Experience running field programs alongside ABM or enterprise sales teams.
• Comfort hosting senior business leaders and building relationships with them.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, budget, and execution for Nuvo's conference and trade-show program, from sponsorship negotiation to booth design and follow-up.
• Develop and evolve the 2027 events, field, and community calendar.
• Design hosted experiences (dinners, receptions, networking) and fill them with the right people.
• Run Nuvo's Customer Advisory Board: manage members, agenda, and sessions; turn insights into product input and expansion.
• Build community among credit and AR professionals through Nuvo-hosted programs and partnerships with associations.
