Job summary

NAV Fund Services is seeking an Event Marketing Senior Manager to own end-to-end event strategy, planning, and execution. You will lead NAV-hosted events, partner events, and industry conferences across key markets, driving pipeline and revenue through targeted outreach and ROI-focused programs.

Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and external partners, you will manage budgets, vendors, and on-site execution while building a scalable events function aligned with NAV’s growth in the alternative

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in B2B event marketing, ideally within financial services, fund administration, banking, fintech, or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and execute NAV-hosted events across formats and markets.
• Manage partner and co-sponsor events, vendor relationships, and budgets.
• Develop conference strategy with Marketing and Sales to maximize ROI and lead generation.
• Track and report event-sourced pipeline and ROI; ensure CRM data hygiene.
