Job summary

Nevis is seeking an Events & Field Marketing Lead in New York City to scale brand awareness through a community-driven events engine. You will build the community and marketing engine that expands our brand among wealth management firms and advisors across the US.

You will stand up our in-house marketing capability, host high-volume events, and turn creative GTM ideas into measurable pipeline. This is a rare chance to create a systems-driven events motion from scratch.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in relevant fields (high-growth startups, consulting, or finance)
• Expert relationship manager and networker with B2B sales capability
• Excellent communication and executive presence
• Quick learner with bias for action
• Based in NYC or able to relocate; willing to travel frequently across the US

Responsibilities

• Build and launch multiple communities focused on our ICP
• Be the face of Nevis at events nationwide; travel regularly to host and build relationships
• Own day-to-day operations for our events
• Oversee onboarding for new members
• Report on metrics: net new members, opportunities, and event ROI
