Cytokinetics, a specialty cardiovascular biopharmaceutical company, seeks an Associate Director of Field Deployment & Incentive Compensation to optimize field performance through analytics, targeting, and IC design. You will collaborate with Field Leadership and HR to shape incentive strategies and drive commercial success.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in biopharma or healthcare consulting, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and proven cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience within biopharma or consulting in healthcare.
• 4+ years in IC design and administration within biopharma or related.
• 4+ years in sales planning and analytics with incentive compensation design.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales force operations analysis including sizing, alignment, targeting and call planning.
• Design, implement and manage incentive compensation plans for customer-facing teams.
• Ensure timely IC reporting and payouts in coordination with Finance and payroll standards.
• Provide analytical support to Sales VPs, Directors, and Managers to inform field decisions.
