Job summary

Everpure seeks a strategic communications leader to align field sales with company initiatives. Shape messaging, govern flows, and enable sellers to act on priorities. Lead end‑to‑end change programs, uphold governance, and partner with Product, Marketing, HR, and Enablement to improve adoption and impact across the field.

This role requires executive presence, data‑driven execution, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable guidance for sales teams globally.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in B2B tech communications, change management, or enablement.
• Proven cross‑functional impact and ability to lead with influence.
• Experience applying ADKAR/Prosci principles across multi‑role sales teams.
• Ability to translate complex updates into actionable seller guidance.
• Strong governance and executive presence to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end change communications for GTM shifts and CRM rollouts.
• Serve as field governance for inbound updates from Product, Marketing, HR.
• Collaborate on narratives and sessions for SKO and All‑Hands.
• Introduce modern formats like short‑form video to boost engagement.
