Job summary

Nuveen seeks a seasoned Field Change Communications & Enablement Administrator to lead end-to-end strategy and execution of field communications for Wealth advisory teams. You will set vision, oversee collateral development, and partner with Wealth distribution, coaching, practice management, marketing, and product teams to ensure timely, right-sized messaging during organizational changes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in field communications or change enablement.
• Experience partnering with Wealth/Distribution/Marketing teams.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a holistic field/ client-facing change management and communication strategy.
• Partners with Practice Management to develop role-based communications forums and ongoing support.
• Manages the Distribution Change calendar, monthly Wealth Enablement updates, and key forums for Field audiences.
• Centralizes communications and collateral for Wealth Distribution teams with a coordinated content plan.
