Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support healthcare providers in obtaining access to Regeneron products. This remote role covers the Fresno, CA area and requires 5+ years in biopharma reimbursement or market access within a matrix environment.

You will work with sales and payer teams to optimize access, educate on coverage, and align with alliance partners on reimbursement initiatives. A strong understanding of specialty pharmacy processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and at least 5 years in biopharma reimbursement or market access.
• Experience supporting medical benefit therapies and living in the territory.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution models and payer criteria.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance teams to support payer access and reimbursement initiatives.
• Meet performance parameters and coordinate with District Sales Managers, Medical Specialists, and other teams.
• Provide payer and specialty pharmacy support to educate physician offices on coverage and streamline processes.
• Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes and Utilization Management criteria.
