Job summary

Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure team seeks an Infrastructure Network Planner to expand and scale our next‑generation network by leveraging strategic fiber partnerships. You will help shape data center fiber strategy, drive market growth, and manage relationships with fiber providers to support OCI’s scaling plans.

You will develop TCO models, negotiate terms and SLAs, and document decisions for senior leadership while aligning fiber strategy with Oracle’s long‑term goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience expanding and scaling network infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage fiber partnerships and supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation and deal‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives for network growth by evaluating and selecting fiber/supplier.
• Negotiate connectivity agreements and commercial deals meeting technical requirements.
• Develop TCO models for deal analysis in new and existing markets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align fiber strategy with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between OCI technical teams and fiber providers' operations teams.
• Represent OCI to senior technical leaders and executives at partner companies.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with fiber partners.
• Negotiate favorable terms, SLAs, and pricing structures with providers.
