Job summary

Avid Core LLC seeks a Communications Analyst to support federal real estate acquisition and landowner outreach programs in the Washington, D.C. area. The role focuses on developing outreach materials, coordinating across client teams, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate coordination, landowner outreach, project coordination, program support, communications, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and maintaining workflows, trackers, schedules, and action items.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders.
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience documenting and improving processes to enhance efficiency and coordination; CIP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute landowner outreach strategies for infrastructure and real estate projects.
• Coordinate outreach activities across government client teams and track action items.
• Oversee CIP process coordination and maintain supporting documentation.
• Develop and improve standard workflows, trackers, and guidance for outreach and coordination.
• Manage project tracking tools, schedules, and documentation; ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor activities to identify issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Prepare periodic reports for leadership on outreach, CIP, milestones, and progress.
• Perform other real estate outreach and project coordination duties as assigned.
