The role requires 3+ years in real estate financial transactions, cross-team coordination, and proficiency with SAP, Momentum, and Oracle Federal Financials. The position is based onsite in DC with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting real estate financial transactions.
Experience processing real estate payments and settlements.
Familiarity with government accounting systems.
Ability to generate reports and maintain audit trails.

Responsibilities

Support submission, processing, and tracking of real estate transactions and payments.
Coordinate payments across the transaction lifecycle for closings.
Maintain centralized tracking with unique transaction IDs.
Research payment discrepancies and ensure audit-ready documentation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to support timely closings and actions.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership visibility.
