Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a mid‑level Real Property Program Analyst to support federal facility operations in Washington, DC. You will assist with space planning, lease alignment, and building-out projects, drafting SOWs, RFPs, and ROM estimates, and maintaining real property databases.

You will collect and report performance metrics, coordinate with finance, and present space utilization analyses to guide strategic decisions. A DoD clearance is required for employment.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of real property management, asset tracking, or facility operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience drafting leases, MOA, MOUs, or interagency agreements (IAA).
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with facility condition assessment concepts.
• Ability to travel up to 10% along the East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of Real Property strategic plans, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with building build-out projects and lease requirement alignment.
• Draft and review SOWs, RFPs, and ROM estimates.
• Collect, validate, track, and report performance metrics for compliance.
• Maintain real property databases and asset management systems; ensure accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with financial offices to align budgets with asset activities.
• Research space utilization; present recommendations in professional formats.
• Coordinate work-in-progress and track project schedules; facilitate information gathering.
• Participate in technical meetings and take accurate meeting notes; respond to data requests.
• Review engineering drawings, specs, submittals, and O&M manuals from a facilities perspective.
