Job summary

Avid Core LLC is seeking a Consulting Analyst to support a federal real estate acquisition contract in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on landowner outreach, communications development, and project coordination with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely engagement.

Candidates from all backgrounds are welcome to apply; salary is $60,000–$75,000 based on experience. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to obtain relevant security clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate coordination, landowner outreach, project coordination, program support, communications, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams with trackers, schedules, and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication for outreach materials and project updates for stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience developing and improving processes for consistency and coordination across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SharePoint and collaboration tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and distribute outreach materials.
• Coordinate outreach activities across government client teams and track requests and milestones.
• Coordinate project team submissions, review for completeness, and maintain documentation.
• Develop and improve standardized workflows, trackers, and guidance for real estate coordination.
• Maintain project tracking tools, schedules, and documentation for landowner outreach and milestones.
• Monitor activities to identify issues and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for leadership visibility into progress and actions.
• Perform other outreach, coordination, and process management duties.
