You will own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, ensure compliance and win-theme alignment, and coordinate across sales, legal, and pricing teams from kickoff through submission. Ideal candidate has experience with DoD, civilian agencies, or intelligence community, and can operate in fast-paced environments in the Washington, DC area with a willingness to come to the downtown

Qualifications

• Develop compliance matrices, outlines, and schedules.
• Lead color team reviews and resolve feedback.
• Coordinate inputs from sales, legal, pricing, and leadership.
• Facilitate kickoff, storyboarding, and win-theme sessions.
• Manage production, formatting, and submission (SAM.gov).
• Track metrics and post-submission lessons learned.
• Build Federally-focused proposal capability and processes.
• Experience with DoD, civilian agencies, or intel contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of competitive federal proposals in response to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/BAAs/Sources Sought.
• Own the proposal lifecycle end-to-end from kickoff to submission.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and win-theme alignment across volumes.
• Collaborate with sales, capture, legal, pricing, contracts, and leadership.
• Coordinate proposal kickoff, storyboarding, and win themes.
• Oversee proposal production, formatting, and final submission.
• Track proposal metrics and conduct debriefs for improvements.
