Job summary

BRPH is seeking a Federal Project Executive to lead multiple BRPH projects with Army, Navy, and Air Force programs. You will oversee design from concept through construction documentation, ensure client requirements, and maintain design integrity, technical excellence, and financial health.

This role partners with Federal Business Unit leaders, mentors project teams, supports business development, and travels to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering from an accredited four-year college.
• Ten years of project management experience delivering federal projects.
• Proficient with Deltek Vantagepoint and MS Office; PMP is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client interface during design phases: understands client goals, manages expectations, presents at steering committees, and guides stakeholder alignment
• Shapes and defends design vision: leads technical reviews, resolves interdisciplinary coordination issues, enforces design intent consistency across disciplines and phases.
• Oversees project scope, schedule, budgets, financial health, and change control. Anticipates and mitigates scope creep; develops, maintains, and monitors detailed project schedules; tracks critical path tasks, intervenes on slippages, and manages recovery strategies.
• Mentors and coaches design staff and early career project managers, helping their professional growth, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and technical development.
