Job summary

BRPH is seeking a Federal Project Executive to lead multi-project programs for Army, Navy, Air Force, and other federal entities. You will guide strategic architectural/engineering design from concept to construction documents, ensuring client requirements, design integrity, and financial success while managing risk.

You will develop new business within BRPH’s Federal Business Unit, cultivate client relationships, and oversee pursuit activities to maintain a robust sales funnel and repeat

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
• Ten years of project management experience, with preferred federal client delivery.
• Proficiency with Deltek Vantagepoint, MS Office and Bluebeam.
• Experience leading executive-facing design reviews and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client interface during design phases, aligning goals and expectations.
• Lead design vision through technical reviews and coordination across disciplines.
• Manage scope, schedule, budgets, and change control; monitor critical paths.
• Ensure cross-disciplinary deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
• Lead risk mitigation, maintain risk registers, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Mentor design staff and early career project managers; support business development.
