Job summary

BRPH is seeking a Federal Project Executive to lead multiple defense and federal architecture/engineering programs, from concept through construction. You will ensure design integrity, financial performance, risk management, and adherence to BRPH’s mission while interfacing with clients and project teams.

You will mentor design staff, support growth in BRPH’s federal portfolio, and coordinate with the Federal Business Unit to pursue strategic opportunities and partnerships across the DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering from an accredited college.
• Ten years of project management experience, preferably with federal clients.
• Deltek Vantagepoint proficiency and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client interface during design phases and steer alignment.
• Lead design reviews and enforce design intent across disciplines.
• Manage scope, schedule, budgets, and change control; track critical path.
• Identify risks, maintain risk register, and drive mitigation.
• Lead meetings, produce status updates, and ensure QA/QC.
• Support sales and marketing for federal opportunities and partnerships.
• Mentor design staff and junior project managers.
