Job summary

You will lead architectural/engineering design from concept to construction with client-facing leadership, ensuring design integrity, technical excellence, and financial success.

• Experience leading large federal A/E projects.
• Strong program management, scheduling, budgeting, and risk control.
• Excellent communication with executives and clients.
• Ability to mentor staff and drive cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients during design phases and guide stakeholder alignment.
• Lead technical reviews and ensure design integrity across disciplines.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and change control; mitigate risks.
• Drive project close-out and capture lessons learned.
• Mentor design staff and junior PMs.
