Job summary

BRPH is seeking a Federal Project Executive to lead multiple projects and programs for the Army, Navy, Air Force, and other federal entities. You will supervise project managers, ensure design integrity, and drive financial success while managing risk and client relationships.

This executive role requires deep experience in federal architecture/engineering, strong communication, and strategic delivery across concept through construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering required.
• Ten years of project management experience, preferably with federal clients (DoW/USACE/AFCEC/NAVFAC).
• PMP certification is a strong differentiator but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client interface during design phases and guide stakeholder alignment.
• Shape and defend design vision across disciplines and phases.
• Manage scope, schedule, budgets, and change control; mitigate scope creep.
