Job summary

BRPH is seeking a Federal Project Executive to lead multiple BRPH projects and programs with Army, Navy, and Air Force clients. You will drive strategic architectural/engineering design from concept through construction documentation while ensuring client requirements, design integrity, and financial success.

In this role, you will develop new federal business, cultivate client relationships, and coordinate with FPUs and practice leaders to win opportunities and deliver excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Ten years of experience as project manager, with preferred experience delivering projects to federal clients.
• Proficient with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar PM software, MS Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams/PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and other required programs.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary client interface during design phases: understands client goals, manages expectations, presents at steering committees, and guides stakeholder alignment.
• Shapes and defends design vision: leads technical reviews, resolves interdisciplinary coordination issues, enforces design intent consistency across disciplines and phases.
• Oversees project scope, schedule, budgets, financial health, and change control; mitigates scope creep; maintains detailed schedules; tracks critical path tasks; intervenes on slippages.
