Job summary

Royal Engineers and Consultants, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Federal Program Manager to lead federal projects in the Southeast US. The role targets senior leadership with extensive USACE and federal construction background, focused on strategic growth, client relationships, and program execution.

The ideal candidate will drive business development, oversee proposals, and mentor teams while ensuring project performance and client satisfaction across federal programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in federal program management.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and management of the federal projects
• Serve as trusted advisor to federal clients with emphasis on USACE and other agencies
• Develop and execute business development and market penetration plans
• Lead capture, proposal, and source selection efforts
• Oversee contract execution, project performance, and client satisfaction
• Mentor project and proposal teams
• Support SBA Mentor-Protégé initiatives
• Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve growth objectives
