Job summary

Eastern in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead federal construction projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and agency requirements while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience managing federal construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, federal procurement, and government construction practices.
  • Experience with USACE, VA, NAVFAC, GSA, or other federal agencies preferred.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software and cost control processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project execution and contract administration.
  • Manage all aspects of contract compliance, including federal regulations, specifications, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead project kick off, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with KO, COR, government stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Manage project correspondence, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract modifications.
