Job summary

Royal Engineers and Consultants, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Federal Program Manager to lead and expand our federal business line in the Southeast US. This senior role targets a retired USACE professional with extensive federal construction and project management expertise.

You will provide strategic leadership for federal programs, cultivate client relationships, drive business development, and oversee proposal and project execution activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in federal program management.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

This senior leadership position is ideal for a retired U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) professional with extensive federal construction, infrastructure, and project management experience. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for federal programs, cultivate client relationships, drive business development efforts, and oversee proposal and project execution activities.

• Former USACE District, Division, or Headquarters leadership experience
• Experience supporting DoD clients
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar federal construction programs
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in good standing
